True Report – Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains the conditions under which you can cancel a diagnostic test booking on TrueReport.in ("we", "our", "us") and how refunds are processed. By placing a booking, you agree to the terms laid out below in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

  1. Upon a valid cancellation request, we will initiate the refund within 2 business days.
  2. Refunds are processed to the original payment method — UPI, credit/debit card, or wallet.
  3. Banks or payment gateways may take an additional 5‑7 business days to credit the amount to your account.

5. Partial Refunds

If you cancel only a part of your order (e.g., one test out of a test package), the refund will be processed for the cancelled portion after deducting any applicable discounts that were linked to the complete order.

We may revise this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your consent to the updated Policy.
